Refund Policy

At StarDome Living (Sketra LLC), we are committed to transparent policies and high-quality products. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Deposit Payment  
Payment of the deposit constitutes order confirmation. The deposit is used to secure inventory, production scheduling, and order preparation. Therefore, all deposits are strictly non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation (Within 3 Calendar Days of Deposit Only)  
Customers may request order cancellation within 3 calendar days after the deposit payment, provided that production has not started.  
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting actual costs incurred (including but not limited to design, material preparation, and administrative costs).  
The maximum refundable amount shall not exceed 50% of the deposit, subject to our review and approval.

3. Cancellation After 3 Days or After Production Begins  
After 3 calendar days from deposit payment, or once production has started (including but not limited to material procurement or manufacturing), the order cannot be canceled.  
All payments made (including deposit and any subsequent payments) are non-refundable.

4. Final Payment  
After the order is confirmed via email, the customer must complete the remaining balance within 3 calendar days.  
Production or shipment will only proceed after full payment is received.

5. Production & Shipping Timeline  
In-stock products are typically shipped within 1 week.  
Non-stock (made-to-order) products generally require 2–3 months for production and shipment.  
Actual timelines may vary depending on production scheduling, logistics conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Inspection & Acceptance  
Upon delivery, the customer must promptly inspect the product, including but not limited to:  
- Significant damage to outer packaging  
- Visible structural damage to main components  
- Completeness of all parts and accessories  

If any issues are found, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description.  
Failure to report issues within this period will be deemed as full acceptance of the product.

7. Cosmetic Imperfections  
Minor scratches, surface marks, or non-structural imperfections caused during transportation or handling that do not affect normal use or structural integrity shall not be considered defects or quality issues.

8. Shipping Damage or Defects  
If the product arrives with major damage or confirmed manufacturing defects, we will provide replacement parts, component replacements, or other reasonable solutions based on the situation.

9. Returns  
Due to the size, weight, and semi-customized nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless explicitly approved in writing by us.

10. Shipping Fees  
All shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
